CEO - Michelle Farrell

The chief executive officer (CEO), is the highest ranking role in the company. Being a CEO requires predominantly taking responsibility in vital corporate choices, managing the general operations and assets of a company, being the key communication channel between board of chiefs and corporate operations and representing the company. Michelle is an energetic, mature and partner with many strong leadership qualities to help the company in their work. Michelle believes in teamwork and goes to lengths to make sure the team is cohesively during individual and team tasks. She plays and coaches 3 sports teams which is why she is able to work well with others and be a balanced worker. She tries her best to create a fair work environment by listening to all concerns, queries and concerns. The skill of teamwork is beneficial towards the company as it ensures that tasks are spread among each other and are completed. This shared workload system helps WickerWaver to complete big tasks and succeed.

Marketing Director - Samara Khan

The marketing directors have to be fast thinking, confident and innovate and certain to guarantee that groundbreaking thoughts are routinely and unhesitantly being delivered so the business can develop and fortify effectively. The job of the promoting supervisor is to be very much educated about the item, accordingly doing research to have the option to 
oversee and manage all the advertising necessities required for the proposed marketable strategy. This manager is incharge of managing the showcasing blend and guaranteeing that all promoting materials have been delivered to productively publicize the item. The marketing director must have the option to discuss well with clients and have the option to recognize significant parts of the item to upgrade the business. Financial Director - Cate Moyle

As financial director, it is Cate's responsibility to keep track of the transactions going in and out of the bank account. By doing this, she must oversee the production director to make sure that we are sticking to our budget while purchasing our materials and researching cheaper, while still high quality products if necessary. Cate also creates accounts, forecast statements, financial reports and break even charts to keep track of our profits and losses. Cate uses her prior knowledge and experience with accounting and as a business CFO (level 1 NCEA accounting and CFO level 1 & 2 NCEA) to produce financial documents. This allows her to grasp financial concepts quickly and produce accurate work.
